2 responses to Coaching for Good Schedule

  1. April 16 event – Will there be any breaks or is it four and a half hours straight through?

    Regina

  2. Hi Regina–You can take breaks at the hour and half hour as needed. I’ve scheduled the activities so you can schedule your participation and breaks, as needed. So, you can schedule a coaching session at 9, take a meditation at 9:40, take a break until 10:10 for a journaling class, then enjoy another meditation at 10:40 until you take a workshop at 11. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
