Journaling helps you stick to your Action Plan goals and expand your personal wisdom. This workshop guides you through simple techniques — easily followed at home – for generating maximum personal and professional results. Journaling is portable and inexpensive rewarding you with daily encouragement, guidance, and even improved health. Journaling comes in a variety of styles — come learn the one that’s best for you!
The journaling class will be led by Lynne Kornecki, an award-winning writer who has spent the majority of her writing career focused on health topics. Over the years, she has written for a variety of national magazines, newspapers, and healthcare organizations. Currently, she works in business development and public relations for Providence Life Services assigned to Saratoga Grove Retirement & Assisted Living Community in Downers Grove as its Community Relations Director.
For this class, be sure to bring a 8 1/2 x 11 spiral notebook with lined paper and a pen. And, if you have extra magazines around the house, bring those, too.
The journaling class, which lasts 45 minutes, will take place at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., and Noon.
