What is My Team Style?
Led by Kelly VanReeth of Kelsa Coaching
Often it is easy to make sure that your team includes individuals with the necessary knowledge and experience. It is more difficult to ensure that the team has people who are good at the general aspects of work such as: detail orientated, problem solving, brainstorming, big picture thinking and accommodating. When a team includes members who are good at each of these different roles, it is far more likely to be effective.
During this roundtable you will obtain information and learn more about the following:

  • What is my team style?
  • What do I expect from others?
  • What can others expect from me?
  • How can I leverage the strengths of other team styles?

It is time that you start to uncover potential behaviors that will support you in creating a more-balanced you and a more balanced team.
