Coaches partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
In other words, coaching is an enjoyable way to work on goals and desires that have been elusive for too long. Most important, it’s absolutely about you.
You determine assignments based on your specific goals and mission to be completed during the week. Because you are accountable for completing the assignments, you remain in empowering, forward-moving energy. Blocks to completing the assignments occur, but coaches and clients work together to determine what sets the block–and then how to move it, crush it, or simply walk around it.
Once you start the coaching process, you’ll wonder how you lived without a coach.
Why does coaching work?
With your coach, you tackle a tough situation, press through a problem, or make a decision about a dilemma. Or, you just learn coping skills to help on those difficult days. The client (you) drives the coaching call; you determine the focus and the goals. Then, you and your coach create an action plan—steps you will take between coaching calls—that will lead to your desired outcomes. With a coach, you get an objective listener, a committed partner in your success, and a vision for all you can be.
How does coaching work?
Typically, coaches work with clients through weekly phone calls. Through goal setting and solution focusing, clients find their path to living their fullest life.
