Meg Herman, Women’s Business Development Center
Meg, Director, Entrepreneurial Services, joined WBDC in 2008. In this capacity she connects clients with our counseling and training services, plans new learning opportunities and outreaches to affiliate organizations to let emerging and established business know about WBDC services. Prior to joining, she maintained a successful professional coaching and consulting practice for over 10 years with Managing Horizons, LLC, where she was founding partner.  Meg designed and facilitated adult learning opportunities for profit and non-profit organizations for over 30 years, including staff and board retreats, adult learning strategies, diversity training and organization development, in order to improve business results and quality of life.  Meg’s coaching clients come to her for goal setting, organizational and personal performance improvement, and holding themselves accountable to their plans. Meg holds a Masters in Social Work from Jane Addams College, University of Illinois, and is a Professionally Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, with training from Coach University and the Coaches Training Institute.  She has a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Illinois.

Sheila Boysen-Rotelli, Professional Success Coaching
Sheila is a Coach, Human Resources professional, Assistant Professor and Ph.D. candidate. As a coach, she works with individuals and groups to help them find their passion, ideal career and reach important life goals. She completed her coach education at the University of Texas at Dallas in their Executive, Professional and Career Coaching program and will be receiving her PCC certification. Her doctoral studies at Benedictine University in Organization Development include extensive research on Coaching and Talent Management. She holds Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois, an MBA in Organization Behavior from Northern Illinois University and a Professional Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is currently a part time instructor at Kendall College, University of Maryland and the City Colleges of Chicago.
