Sometimes, we simply require someone to show up in our life and challenge us. This morning, a coach asked me what would happen if instead of planning my new routine, I just committed to that routine every day for a week.
So I committed. And this week is going to be AWESOME.
There are times when small, laughable goals are what we need to bust through unhelpful habits and make progress. But then there are times when we know exactly what needs to happen, we are excited about the possibilities, and we need to just DO IT.
